TENA Marketing Activation Manager

Here is the Job Description:

• Executes marketing plans according to brief from BMs across Brands and Channels ​

• Is briefed by local BMs on marketing plans objectives, recommended touch points and A&P. In charge of media plan creation, execution and KPI follow up.  ​

• Supports sufficiency and accuracy of A&P allocation. Drives constructive dialogue with BM if A&P allocated is not sufficient based on Fewer, Bigger, Better approach​

• BTB, BTC and BTBTC marketing and media expert across Health and Medical channels ​

• Provides channels and customers insights to local BMs ​

• Partners with sales for synchronization of sales and marketing activities and execution at customers POS ​

• Drives, together with sales, a full digital funnel approach and improves sales & marketing productivity, fully leveraging DME and CRM for scalable digital activities.​

• Drives customer education in line with global guidance and leveraging globally produced material (where applicable)​

• Drives marketing operation and sales support (where applicable e.g. sampling, POS production, website translation) ​

• Manages and secures personal development of team members (where applicable)​
