Scope of Work:
The Technical Writer will be responsible for creating high-quality documentation and multimedia content to support the adoption and enablement of our product.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop clear, concise, and engaging documentation (user guides, FAQs, training materials).
- Design visually compelling infographics, and one-pagers.
- Create effective video content, including screen recordings, tutorials, and promotional materials.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Proficiency in documentation tools (Confluence, Markdown, Google Docs, Google Sites etc.).
- Experience with design tools (Figma, Canva, or similar).
- Video editing expertise (Camtasia, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar).
- Ability to simplify complex technical concepts into user-friendly content.
- Strong communication and storytelling skills.
