Who You Are:
You are a highly capable, customer-focused, technically advanced professional who excels at supporting more complex trial customers and driving strong revenue outcomes. You operate with a deeper understanding of SaaS platforms, CRM systems, marketing automation, and digital business workflows, allowing you to connect platform functionality directly to customer business needs and outcomes.
As a P2 – Delta specialist, you are trusted to engage with more technically sophisticated customers and higher-value opportunities. You bring strong business acumen, enabling you to understand customer goals, identify growth opportunities, and articulate the business impact of HighLevel solutions.
You consistently exceed baseline performance expectations through disciplined execution, advanced platform knowledge, and ownership of your pipeline. You are comfortable operating with greater autonomy, managing follow-up and nurture efforts independently while maintaining high engagement and conversion standards.
You collaborate effectively with peers and cross-functional partners, and you contribute to raising technical competency and execution quality across the Trial Experience team.
What You’ll Be Doing:
50%+ engagement rate across assigned leads
65%+ trial-to-paid conversion rate
A higher monthly MRR target compared to standard P2 roles
Leverage multiple communication channels (Zoom, phone, SMS, email, ticketed support) to deliver a seamless and high-touch trial experience.
Provide advanced technical support and solutioning across CRM configuration, automation workflows, social media tools, funnels/websites, SEO, and integrations (Zapier, Make).
Translate platform features into clear business value, efficiency gains, and revenue impact for customers.
Exercise sound judgment and creativity in implementing solutions that consistently meet or exceed KPIs.
Identify opportunities to convert support or engagement interactions into closing opportunities.
Collaborate with peers and mentors to share best practices and support overall team performance.

Deeply understand the needs of more technically advanced and higher-potential trial customers, delivering tailored solutions that align platform capabilities with business goals.
Conduct advanced consultative trial engagements via Zoom, focusing on solution alignment, value articulation, and conversion outcomes.
Manage a higher-value pipeline of trial customers through proactive outreach, consistent follow-up, and disciplined pipeline management.
Own and execute your trial nurture and follow-up strategy across channels, ensuring timely engagement and progression toward conversion.

What You’ll Bring:
2+ years of HighLevel-related experience, or equivalent SaaS/Technical Specialist experience.
Bachelor’s Degree strongly preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
Proven track record of consistently meeting/exceeding sales quotas (95–100% or more for at least 6 consecutive months).
Advanced knowledge of HighLevel, CRM systems, marketing automation, social media management, funnel/website building, SEO, and integrations (Zapier, Make).
Advanced proficiency with Google Suite, Zoom, Slack, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
Strong grasp of the competitive SaaS landscape and ability to position HighLevel against competitors effectively.
Demonstrated ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences while delivering measurable business outcomes.
Leadership skills with ability to influence, mentor, and collaborate across functions.
Strong organizational skills, time management, and follow-through.
Excellent communication, both written and verbal; ability to vary style to meet audience needs.
A sense of urgency, ownership, and adaptability in high-growth, high-performance environments.
