Develop and support custom SAP solutions across the enterprise ecosystem. Responsibilities include translating functional requirements into technical specifications, SAP development, unit testing, issue investigation, requirements analysis, task estimation, and coordination with functional analysts. The role requires independent delivery, knowledge of SAP best practices, process improvement capabilities, and experience across functional areas such as MM, SD, FI, and TM, with preferred expertise in S/4HANA, ABAP, Fiori, BTP, and cloud development.

OVERVIEW
SAP Technical Engineer II is responsible for custom developments and should be able to work on development tasks independently across GMI eco system, convert functional requirement into technical specification and implement complex solutions under guidance of tech lead/architects in a project. This individual should be possessing good understanding of SAP best practices and should be able to help the team in maintaining the same.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Education – Full time graduation from an accredited university
- Minimum 5 years of SAP Development experience required. Preferred years of experience 5 – 8 years.
- Good functional understanding in at least three. (MM, SD, FI, TM, etc.)
- The Individual should be able to define and implement integrated Process improvements within the team.
- Consistently deliver on their own commitments while working with a single business group or user.
- Understand at least a single business process and start to demonstrate the ability to resolve issues on their own or with minimal assistance.
- Apply SAP technical standards in their own project work. Proactively ask questions when necessary.
- Approachable and have established a network within their own workgroups. Open to feedback, coaching and mentoring.
- Actively look for broader IS initiatives to participate in, which help them connect with others outside of their own work group.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Expert level - S4 Hana; ABAP for SAP HANA; General ABAP, Enhancement Framework; Forms; ABAP Objects; ALE /IDOC; Web Dynpro for ABAP; SAP Gateway/ Fiori; Performance / Unit Testing; Functional Areas; R/3ERP (SD, MM, FI, TM)
- Intermediate Level – Hands-on experience on TM, BTP/BAS, RAP/ABAP on Cloud
- Basic level – Mulesoft, SAP Workflow
