Partners with business and technology stakeholders to define opportunities, translate needs into delivery plans, launch pilots and scaled AI solutions, support agent development, and manage governance, publishing, monitoring, and optimization. Tracks adoption, performance, KPIs, and value realization while developing playbooks, enabling stakeholders, coordinating vendors, and promoting responsible AI practices across functional domains.

Supports enterprise transformation initiatives through change management planning, impact and readiness assessments, stakeholder engagement, reporting, and adoption activities. Develops change narratives, stakeholder analyses, change plans, and supporting resources while coordinating with project teams, communications, learning, and business leaders. Tracks change impacts, risks, feedback, and lessons learned to improve methodologies and sustain effective adoption.

Build and enhance scalable end-to-end software applications using the .NET stack and modern web frameworks.
