Job Description :
Technology Design Expert Telephony Platforms is responsible on design, deployment and maintenance of contact center infrastructure and solutions (for example Genesys, Avaya, Legacy PBX, Reporting, WFM etc.) in order to meet business and KONE IT requirements, cost effectively and without compromising the overall technology strategy, security and standards.

  • Specify and deploy technical and configuration design meeting business and user requirements in collaboration with our vendors
  • Assure quality of the technical and configuration design and its deployment through testing with relevant business stakeholders.
  • Assure that configuration meets KONE ICT standards and practices.
  • Work in collaboration with global outsourcing partners to achieve agreed objectives.
  • Understanding of Service Management, SLA’s and working with 3rd parties.
  • Specify and support integration with other KONE ICT solutions, like Calabrio (Teleopti) WFM, datalakes, reporting etc. in accordance with business requirements.
  • Support integration with the KONE Global SIP telecom platform and local telecom networks.
  • Prepare flow charts, models, and procedures and conduct feasibility studies to design the system and security solutions.
  • Write technical system and configuration specifications so that when the system/procedure is implemented it will meet user and business needs. 
  • Prepare and maintain technical documentation (specification, high level design and instructions) to assist with the ongoing operation, maintenance, and development of the system/area.
  • Support to maintain agreed availability levels of services form technology perspective.
  • As required communicate and take part in problem solving for operations in system/application outages in the area
  • Communicate to relevant stakeholder, developments, outages and changes in your area.
     
  • Deep knowledge on telephony systems, especially Avaya and Genesys cloud
  • Very good knowledge on IP based telecom technologies like SIP, VoIP,
     
  • Good understanding on analog and digital telecom technologies like ISDN, PSTN, SIP
  • Knowledge on ICT technology, especially IP connectivity, Cloud solutions and VPN technology
  • Good communication and project management skill
  • Collaborative with can do attitude. Proactive and used to work independently
  • 7 -10 years experience on above technologies
