Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Tech Lead to drive technical direction across backend and frontend development. The role involves architecture, design, code reviews, mentoring teams, and adoption of modern engineering practices. Day-to-day coding is not the primary expectation.

• Frontend experience in Angular / React / Flutter / React Native or similar
