As an Optimise Account Management Team Leader on the Optimise team in our Gurgaon office, you’ll play a vital role in driving revenue growth for small and medium-sized publishers worldwide. You will lead a team of account managers across multiple regions, helping them achieve their goals while managing and optimizing a large portfolio of existing accounts. Your analytical mindset and strategic approach will ensure publishers maximize their success on Taboola’s platform.

To thrive in this role, you'll need:

  • 3+ years of experience managing a high-performing team.
  • 3+ years of client-facing experience in sales or account management.
  • Proficiency with data analytics tools to track performance and optimize client strategies.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage a large portfolio of accounts in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to driving revenue growth.

  • Experience in the ad-tech space.
