Support the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle by sourcing and screening candidates, conducting initial phone screens, coordinating interviews, managing candidate communications, maintaining recruitment trackers, collecting interviewer feedback, preparing hiring reports, and assisting with offer documentation. The role is full-time and on-site, with responsibility for scheduling, candidate follow-up, and in-person interview coordination.
Fynd is a frontier technology company. We started at the intersection of technology and retail because that is where technology was the least available. Over the years, we became one of India’s largest retail technology platforms. But retail was the entry point, not the boundary.
Today, Fynd builds intelligent software that runs business operations. Not tools that help people work faster, but systems that absorb entire functions: manufacturing, marketing, logistics, commerce, quality control. We sit inside our customers’ businesses, harvest deep domain context, and build AI systems that operate autonomously. We are expanding from retail into manufacturing, generative media, physical AI, and healthcare.
About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Intern to join our HR team. This is a hands-on internship ideal for someone looking to build a strong foundation in recruitment operations — from sourcing candidates to coordinating and managing the entire interview lifecycle. You'll work closely with recruiters and hiring managers, gaining direct exposure to how a fast-paced tech/retail company hires talent

- Conduct initial resume screening against role requirements shared by hiring managers
- Perform basic telephonic screening to assess candidate fit, availability, and interest
- Maintain and update the candidate pipeline/tracker regularly
Interview Scheduling & Coordination
- Coordinate with candidates and interviewers to schedule interviews (telephonic, virtual, and in-person)
- Send timely interview confirmations, reminders, and rescheduling communications
- Manage interviewer calendars and resolve scheduling conflicts proactively
- Ensure minimal drop-off by maintaining consistent candidate follow-up
In-Person Interview Management
- Welcome and coordinate with candidates visiting the office for interviews
- Ensure interview rooms, panel availability, and required documents are in place
- Collect feedback from interviewers promptly after each round
- Communicate interview outcomes/next steps to candidates in a timely manner
Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain accurate recruitment trackers (candidate status, feedback, TAT)
- Assist in generating basic hiring reports/dashboards for the TA team
- Support offer rollout coordination and documentation as needed
Some specific Requirements:
- Pursuing or recently completed a graduate/postgraduate degree (HR specialization preferred)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with a candidate-first, professional approach
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple schedules/priorities simultaneously
- Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets; familiarity with ATS or job portals is a plus
- Ability to work on-site full-time for the internship duration
What You'll Gain
- End-to-end exposure to the recruitment lifecycle at a fast-growing company
- Direct mentorship from experienced TA professionals
- Certificate of internship and potential for full-time conversion based on performance
- Real ownership of tasks from day one — not just observation
