The Role
The Talent Acquisition Operations Analyst plays a key role in driving process excellence, data integrity, and technology optimization for the India region. You will serve as the process and technology SME for India TA-ensuring our systems, analytics, and governance practices enable an efficient, high-quality hiring experience for candidates, recruiters, and business leaders. Reporting to the Director of Global Talent Acquisition Operations, this role focuses on identifying opportunities for process standardization, improving efficiency, and implementing solutions. You will collaborate with the Director, Talent Acquisition, India region, and across People & Culture functions to enable process optimization, technology enablement, and an improved User experience.
Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with the Director, Talent Acquisition Operations to establish, refine and document global talent acquisition processes that improve recruiting workflows, reduce manual work, and ensure consistent candidate experience. Includes requirements gathering, leading user design sessions, and using Lean Six Sigma tools to identify and prioritize efforts.
  • Serve as a Workday subject matter expert for global Talent Acquisition teams, defining our roadmap of enhancements in partnership with the Workday team. Manage day-to-day questions and issues.
  • Design and maintain the recruiting playbook for India, ensuring that recruiting teams understand and adhere to TA processes and compliance requirements. Implement governance practices through periodic audits.
  • Identify and document reporting and/or dashboard needs and assure insights are delivered to TA, business, and HR leaders.
  • Monitor errors and defects in tools, processes, and technology to identify root cause issues. Partner with Workday and IT teams to resolve/implement improvements.
  • Support recruiter enablement through configuration, testing, training, and documentation of processes.
  • Collaborate across COE's to minimize organizational silos, integrate future state plans, and streamline communications. Support internal communications and training to drive awareness and consistent adoption of TA processes and systems.
  • Assist with vendor management and evaluation of new TA technology solutions.

Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience working in talent acquisition operations, HR Information Systems, or related.
  • Demonstrated expertise in specific areas of TA or HR operations which include but are not limited to talent acquisition technology, candidate/manager experience and data insights and analytics.
  • Proficiency working with Workday Recruiting or equivalent ATS, as well as sourcing and candidate evaluation tools.
  • Proven success in identifying, designing, and implementing process improvement; good command of data and analytics.
  • Ability to present data and influence key stakeholders, establishing credibility and building trust with team and internal clients.
  • Knowledge of India labor laws and data privacy practices related to recruiting.
  • Effective communication, organizational and project management skills.
  • Four-year degree preferred.
