Monitors support tickets and resolves escalations within SLA while supporting DNS, DHCP, WAN, LAN, and TCP/IP troubleshooting.

Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshooting
Windows Desktop Systems and Printers.
- Involved in
installation, configuring and administration of users, groups,
creation/deletion.
- Monitoring
mail(O365), file systems, network printer & device drivers.
- Maintenance
anti-virus server and various upgradations.
- Maintained assets
& computer systems records by maintaining and updating the inventory of the
available assets by internal audits, allotting systems to users, analyzed new
hardware requirements, etc.
- Installing OS
(Linux, Win 10) & software's as per requirement.
- Responsible to
monitor all escalated & pending call and resolve with in defined SLA.
- Expert in Active Directory, Firewall management.
- Good Knowledge of Office 365 and Exchange.
- Need hands-on experience on windows OS-11, 10 Systems.
- Technical support to end point users related to
Hardware / Software related issues.
- System maintenance on hardware products, good Knowledge on Network troubleshooting: DNS, DHCP,
WAN, LAN, TCP/IP.
- Secure data backups of endpoint users and servers.
- Good knowledge of CRM software.
