The Maersk Summer Internship Program is a structured 2 month internship designed to give you the opportunity to work on real-time, business-critical projects across logistics and supply chain.
Through meaningful project ownership, exposure to experienced leaders, and collaboration with diverse teams, interns will gain practical industry experience while building their analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management capabilities.
The program also serves as an important platform for Maersk to identify high-potential early talent and build a strong pipeline of future leaders.
Who is a Maersk Intern?A Maersk Intern is a curious, passionate, and driven individual who is eager to:
- Explore new perspectives in logistics and supply chain
- Challenge conventional thinking and bring fresh ideas to the table
- Use data, technology, and AI to solve business problems
- Take ownership and deliver meaningful results
- Collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders
- Contribute to shaping the future of a technology-driven logistics industry
- Internship Duration: April to June 2027, for a period of two to three months. The final timeline will be determined based on business requirements and the academic calendar of the institution.
- Location: Across Maersk locations in India. Selected students should be open to mobility and relocation based on project requirements.

- Forwarding Solutions
- Customer Experience
- Ocean Operations
- Operational Excellence
- Qualification: MBA/PGDM students from the 2026–28 batch
- Eligibility: Students currently pursuing the first year of their MBA/PGDM program
