Serve as a ship-management SME on the ERP project: evaluate MariApps PALng against user stories, join UAT, recommend process improvements and automation/AI opportunities, score applications for usability, and help define process flows for the future Ship Management Application.

Drive end-to-end recruitment strategy, workforce planning, talent pipelining, process standardization, data-driven hiring metrics, stakeholder partnership, and TA transformation initiatives while ensuring excellent candidate and hiring manager experience.
