Leads regional Lead Logistics product growth, customer retention, profitability, operational performance, systems adoption, and strategic initiatives. Partners across commercial, customer experience, operations, finance, procurement, technology, and global product teams. Uses customer, financial, and operational insights to identify risks and opportunities, drive corrective actions, improve product capabilities, support renewals and new business, and deliver scalable solutions through cross-functional influence.

Two- to three-month Maersk internship for first-year MBA/PGDM students from the 2026–28 batch. Interns will own business-critical projects across sales, marketing, forwarding solutions, customer experience, ocean operations, and operational excellence while developing analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills. The role includes mentorship, global collaboration, and potential consideration for Maersk’s METTLE management trainee program.

Manage and execute inventory, warehouse, and fulfillment operations across terminals and depots. Lead people with full employee lifecycle responsibilities, set operational direction, develop policies and business plans, and ensure team performance and results while solving operational challenges independently.
