Serve as a ship-management SME on the ERP project: evaluate MariApps PALng against user stories, join UAT, recommend process improvements and automation/AI opportunities, score applications for usability, and help define process flows for the future Ship Management Application.

Partner with leaders to deliver HR annual processes, support strategic HR projects, facilitate workshops, coach leaders, resolve complex cases, participate in recruitment, and drive people insights for continuous improvement across Global Operations.

Manage and execute inventory, warehouse, and fulfillment operations across terminals and depots. Lead people with full employee lifecycle responsibilities, set operational direction, develop policies and business plans, and ensure team performance and results while solving operational challenges independently.
