The Subject Matter Expert in Talent Acquisition will manage the recruitment lifecycle, partner with line managers, build talent pipelines, and oversee projects while ensuring effective employer branding and candidate assessment practices.
Main Purpose
Subject Matter Expert for sourcing and creating an effective talent pipeline for in-country, regional and global roles
Key Responsibilities:
- Strong experience in managing end to end recruitment lifecycle – sourcing, screening, scheduling and offer for open roles at country level supporting the entire region.
- Proactive sourcing and creating talent pipeline for open roles for candidates by using databases, local job boards, professional groups/events and social media
- Market Research and Talent Mapping
- Identify and on-board the right set of talent for any and all businesses , adopting innovative approaches to attracting talent and ensuring a high engagement rate with candidates
- Partner with line managers to understand strategic staffing needs and drive closures with a sense of urgency.
- Active and effective use of a diverse source mix and sourcing tools.
- Manage and/or contribute to projects in relation with current needs of the team or organization.
- Drive the Puma employer branding exercise through effective internal and external partnerships
- Identify and drive best practices in candidate assessments to ensure technical and behavioural fitment
- Subject matter expertise in the areas of talent attraction, assessment and selection at all levels.
- Own and drive a metric-based procurement process for search partners
- Collaborate with HR Partner on recruiting strategy in line with Puma’s business needs and market pulse
- Manage and/or contribute to projects in relation with current needs of the team or organization
- Build and maintain a Global Data report on all outstanding recruitment for presentation to Senior Leadership
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent;
- Minimum 5-8 years’ experience in sourcing & recruitment (domain experience would be preferred)
