  • Drive product adoption and live transaction volumes across issuing, acquiring, agency/BC banking, and BBPS/Bharat Connect stacks.
  • Identify and convert accounts operating at their minimum-guarantee floor into overage revenue.
  • Cross-sell and expand iServeU's product footprint within existing clients.

Protect and recover revenue

  • Partner with the Solutions/Technical Account Manager and engineering to monitor transaction success rates, diagnose technical decline/leakage, and recover lost transaction revenue.

Own the relationship and the renewal

  • Run structured Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with client product, operations, and CXO stakeholders
  • Own renewals and MG re-negotiations, backed by usage and value data
  • Serve as the senior commercial point of contact for your accounts

Work across functions

  • Feed market and competitive intelligence back into product and pricing

Success measures (first 12 months)

  • Net transaction-revenue growth across the assigned portfolio.
  • Transaction volume growth by product
  • Product cross-sell / attach rate within existing accounts
  • Success-rate / technical-decline recover
