Job Title: React Native Developer
Responsibilities:
1. Development:
• Hands-on coding and development using React Native.
• Ensure the quality, performance, and responsiveness of applications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
2. Team Management:
• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of React Native developers.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure coding standards are followed.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and cross-functional collaboration within the team.
3. Project Management:
• Collaborate with product managers and other stakeholders to define project timelines and deliverables.
• Provide regular updates on project status, milestones, and potential risks.
• Contribute to project planning and resource allocation.
4. Innovation and Best Practices:
• Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in mobile application development.
• Introduce and implement new technologies and tools to improve development efficiency.
5. Quality Assurance:
• Implement and enforce quality assurance processes to ensure the delivery of high-quality software.
• Conduct and participate in testing activities, including unit testing and integration testing.
6. Documentation:
• Create and maintain technical documentation for the development team.
• Ensure that documentation is up-to-date and accessible to all team members.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a relatedfield.
• Proven experience as a React Native developer with a strong portfolio of mobile applications.
• Previous experience in a leadership or lead developer role.
• Expertise in React Native development and JavaScript.
• Strong understanding of mobile app architecture and design patterns.
• Familiarity with native build tools, like XCode and Android Studio.
• Knowledge of state management libraries (e.g., Redux).
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate and guide a team to meet project goals.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Analytical and problem-solving mindset with the ability to make critical decisions.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
