Sr. Test Engineer - Fuelcell or Electrochemistry background exp needed

Operate and oversee high-temperature fuel cell stack testing, supervise technicians, conduct safety and startup checks, develop test plans and procedures, design LabVIEW-automated test rigs, document results, troubleshoot equipment using 8D methodology, analyze data with Minitab, and coordinate cross-functional test station development.
- Hands on operation of High Temperature Fuel Cell test stations.
- Supervising technicians for setting up and running the fuel cell stack tests.
- Conducting test startup checklist and safety checklist before test start-up.
- Develop fuel cell test plans and procedures.
- Design Develop Fuel Cell test rigs and automation using Labview Software
- Test procedure documentation.
- Cross functional discussions with project owners in defining the scope of experiments and negotiating
schedules.
- Troubleshooting test station equipment failures by systematic 8-D approach.
- Use data analysis tools like Minitab to compile the results and derive conclusions
- Participate in new test station design / development projects in coordination with US counterparts.
