Lead mechanical design and analysis for solid oxide fuel cell (SOFC) HotBox systems, create CAD models and drawings, collaborate with CFD/FEA teams, drive prototyping/testing, support DFM and sourcing, and maintain engineering documentation and change orders.

Lead mechanical equipment reliability, maintenance, and asset lifecycle activities. Develop maintenance strategies, execute greenfield/brownfield projects, manage equipment erection/commissioning, and perform RCA. Produce and revise 2D/3D CAD models, detailed manufacturing drawings with GD&T, PFDs/P&IDs, BOMs, and specifications. Coordinate vendors, contractors, manufacturing, and cross-functional teams; ensure safety, quality, and compliance with standards.

Operate and maintain eight engineering system test pads, run tests on Bloom Energy servers, carbon and heat capture systems, perform data analysis, generate and automate test reports, coordinate skid upgrades and maintenance, ensure safety compliance, collaborate cross-functionally, and document failure modes and test outcomes for sponsors.

Lead root-cause and failure analysis for fuel cell stacks: analyze field and test data, design and execute tests, perform materials characterization (SEM, EDS, XRD) and electrochemical diagnostics (EIS), develop mitigation recommendations, document findings, and support manufacturability improvements.

Lead AI/ML initiatives as an individual contributor: design and implement ML solutions, develop and maintain code, define architecture, guide data infrastructure, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve business problems.

Design, develop, and operate test rigs and control systems; perform functional, performance, reliability, and accelerated testing; execute DFMEA and root-cause analysis; prepare P&IDs and instrumentation diagrams; ensure safety/compliance to standards; manage lab equipment calibration and vendor qualification; produce test reports and support value engineering.
