Lead design and development of scalable process systems for large-scale deployment (carbon capture, heat integration). Own concept-to-deployment deliverables, process modeling, PFDs/P&IDs, safety/HAZOP, supplier management, testing, and troubleshooting while building and leading an India team and collaborating with global stakeholders.

Develop and maintain scalable backend services and frontend applications using various technologies, implement cloud-native solutions, and manage containers.

Lead mechanical equipment reliability, maintenance, and asset lifecycle activities. Develop maintenance strategies, execute greenfield/brownfield projects, manage equipment erection/commissioning, and perform RCA. Produce and revise 2D/3D CAD models, detailed manufacturing drawings with GD&T, PFDs/P&IDs, BOMs, and specifications. Coordinate vendors, contractors, manufacturing, and cross-functional teams; ensure safety, quality, and compliance with standards.

Operate and maintain eight engineering system test pads, run tests on Bloom Energy servers, carbon and heat capture systems, perform data analysis, generate and automate test reports, coordinate skid upgrades and maintenance, ensure safety compliance, collaborate cross-functionally, and document failure modes and test outcomes for sponsors.

Lead root-cause and failure analysis for fuel cell stacks: analyze field and test data, design and execute tests, perform materials characterization (SEM, EDS, XRD) and electrochemical diagnostics (EIS), develop mitigation recommendations, document findings, and support manufacturability improvements.

Create and maintain 3D electrical CAD models and 2D electrical drawings, design and route wire harnesses, collaborate with mechanical and systems teams, support BOMs and ECO/ECR processes, maintain CAD library, and ensure manufacturability and compliance with engineering standards.
