Lead root-cause and failure analysis for fuel cell stacks: analyze field and test data, design and execute tests, perform materials characterization (SEM, EDS, XRD) and electrochemical diagnostics (EIS), develop mitigation recommendations, document findings, and support manufacturability improvements.

Create and maintain 3D electrical CAD models and 2D electrical drawings, design and route wire harnesses, collaborate with mechanical and systems teams, support BOMs and ECO/ECR processes, maintain CAD library, and ensure manufacturability and compliance with engineering standards.

Design and run experiments to test HotBox components and processes, collect and analyze data, troubleshoot failures, drive root-cause corrective actions, design test fixtures and coordinate vendor fabrication, work with technicians on floor activity, and improve manufacturability and reliability of solid oxide fuel cell HotBox systems.
