Lead product strategy and lifecycle for SCADA controller offerings in industrial automation. Engage customers, gather feedback, drive market analysis, coordinate cross-functional teams for launches, enable sales with collateral and training, and refine portfolio aligned with business objectives and market trends.

Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement:
- Establish strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders to gather and validate feedback and ensure customer satisfaction with the offerings.
- Represent the voice of the customer in ensuring that product development reflects customer needs and differentiated value.
- Portfolio Strategy:
- Develop and execute the strategic vision for the offerings, aligned with market trends, customer requirements, and business objectives.
- Continuously assess and refine the offerings, ensuring alignment with market demands and technological advancements.
- Product Lifecycle Management:
- Oversee all phases of the product lifecycle from ideation through development, launch, and retirement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Technology (R&D), sales, verticals, customer marketing, project engineering, service, supply chain, to drive successful product launches.
- Market Analysis:
- Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities, competitive landscape, and customer needs in the offerings domain.
- Analyse data-driven insights to influence strategic decisions and identify potential areas for innovation.
- Sales Enablement:
- Work closely with customer marketing to enable direct and in direct channel sales professionals through collateral creation, competitive battle cards, value messaging, training material.
- Work closely with senior leadership to ensure alignment of portfolio initiatives with overall business strategy.
You Must Have:
- Minimum 7 years of SCADA controller product experience in Industrial Automation domain; including prior hands on configuration and deployment of systems, Honeywell and/or third party
- Strong knowledge of SCADA systems, related controllers such as PLCs & RTUs, and industry/vertical specific applications.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field;
- Industry knowledge, particularly in Oil & Gas, Renewables, Electrical, Water
- Strong understanding of vendors in the related SCADA & RTU/PLC industry, their business models, and competitive offerings
- Experience in a global organization.
- Experience with digital platforms, autonomy, or software-enabled industrial solutions.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and changing environment
