Responsibilities
Strategy & Ownership
- Define and own Skan AI’s overall partner marketing strategy across technology, consulting, and GSI partners — which partnerships to prioritize, how to sequence investment, and how partner marketing supports the broader company narrative
- Serve as the senior connector between Skan AI’s partner organization and marketing leadership, with direct input into how partnerships are represented at the executive level
- Set joint business plans with shared goals and mutual investment, and hold partners accountable for their commitments, co-investment, and sourced-pipeline targets through a regular joint business review cadence
- Own the partner marketing budget and MDF/co-op programs: allocate funds across partners and tie that spend to clear ROI
Design & Execute Joint Go-to-Market
- Design and execute go-to-market programs across our three partner categories — technology partners (e.g., NVIDIA), consulting partners, and GSI partners (e.g., Wipro) — focused on enterprise customer acquisition
- Develop joint marketing campaigns targeting C-suite and senior decision-makers, built around real business outcomes, not just technology
- Craft compelling joint value propositions that articulate what Skan AI plus a specific partner delivers that neither could alone
Build Enablement & Content
- Build partner messaging frameworks and high-quality enablement materials — pitch decks, solution briefs, case studies, demo scripts — that help partner teams position and sell Skan AI effectively
- Coordinate co-branded content, joint announcements, and executive quotes for shared moments (funding news, product launches, joint wins)
- Build scalable program frameworks that can be replicated across new technology, consulting, and GSI partners as the ecosystem grows
- Package turnkey campaign-in-a-kit programs (messaging, creative, sequences, and landing pages) that partners can run with minimal lift
- Stand up and maintain a partner enablement portal as the single hub for enablement content, campaign kits, and co-branded assets
Track & Report
- Track, measure, and report on partner marketing performance — partner-sourced pipeline, influenced revenue, and campaign ROI — directly to executive leadership
- Gather partner feedback continuously and feed it back into product marketing and messaging to sharpen the joint narrative
- Represent Skan AI at partner events, executive briefings, and industry conferences, and secure partner sponsorships and co-investment to fund and amplify those events
Qualifications
- 8+ years of marketing experience, with demonstrated senior-level ownership of partner or alliance marketing strategy, not just program execution
- Experience marketing alongside major technology infrastructure partners (e.g., NVIDIA, Microsoft, AWS), consulting firms, and global systems integrators (e.g., Wipro, Accenture, Capgemini)
- Strong understanding of enterprise buyer journeys, with the ability to build programs that resonate with C-level executives
- Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional initiatives across multiple external stakeholders
- Track record building a partner marketing function from zero, including setting the strategy, not just running an inherited playbook
- A strong negotiator across co-marketing plans, MDF allocation, event sponsorships, and joint commitments
- Works effectively across internal teams including sales, marketing, CS, and product management, and builds trust with client and partner executives
- Hands-on experience creating partner marketing content and sales enablement assets: pitch decks, solution briefs, case studies, and campaign kits
- Experience standing up and running a partner enablement portal or PRM
Nice to Have
- Experience in banking, insurance, or other regulated industries
- Existing relationships within the NVIDIA or Wipro ecosystems specifically
- Familiarity with agentic AI or enterprise automation markets
- Experience with co-selling or joint go-to-market motions alongside a GSI or consulting partner
