Reporting to the Country HR Director, this position will be responsible for leading the HR Operations function for Accurate’s Thane office, aligning human resources strategies with business objectives to drive organizational success. This role serves as a strategic partner to senior management, providing expertise in talent management, employee relations, organizational development, and performance management. This position will work closely with business verticals to understand their requirements and ensure optimal planning and scheduling of HR deliverables.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for working in close coordination with the Business and Leadership to achieve business delivery targets. Key Ownership in implementation of Corporate/Business and location HR strategies within the process, team and adhere to company policies/practices.
- Talent management with innovative engagement strategies to focus on reducing attrition through effective employee engagement.
- Partner with the broader HR team and assist leadership to ensure effective roll-out of all organization wide HR initiatives.
- Using the inference from the data / trend to develop HR initiatives. Participate in HR reviews and share best practice at a BU level.
- Comply and support payroll processing, audit procedures and compliance.
- Coordinate and work in tandem with the HR COE’s -- Talent Acquisition, Talent Development and Global Compensation & Benefits.
- Champion various HR process interventions in Performance Effectiveness Program, Rewards and Recognition and Employee development/engagement initiatives.
- Responsible for probation assessment & confirmation process as per the set criteria.
- Maintain, update and implement all HR Procedures and ensure accurate and timely delivery of HR deliverables.
- Experience advising both staff and management on Employee Relations issues, including an up to date understanding of employment legislation.
- Identify key engagement drivers and develop the supporting internal communication plan to inform, inspire, and involve employees at all levels and geographically dispersed locations.
- POSH compliance & training
- Generate periodic metrics dashboard for the local leadership team.
- Ensure completion of exit formalities including Clearances, Exit Interview & F & F settlements within the set TAT.
- Monthly Attrition analysis, action planning to track and arrest undesirable attrition.
- Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures to support the company's overall business goals and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Manage all HR operational and HRIS related processes, transactions, and activities, to ensure a positive employee experience at all phases of the employee life cycle.
- Evaluate current state of HR operations, document process improvements and drive alignment on new approaches.
- Stay up to date with relevant employment laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
- Foster a positive work environment, promote teamwork, and encourage collaboration.
- Drive continuous improvement in key HR areas, including, Compliance, Employee Relations, Onboarding and Offboarding.
- Oversee internal and external audits (e.g., ISO, IT Security, etc.) in India; Responsible for the documentation and oversight of all internal controls governing HR systems and processes.
- Monitor and ensure the organizations compliance with all employment laws and regulations. Proactively reviews and updates policies, guidelines, and practices to maintain compliance and alignment with best practices.
- Manage employee relations activities and issue, including handling employee complaints and concerns, conducting investigations, and providing guidance and support to managers and employees.
Qualifications/Experience
- 12+ years’ experience working in HR operations or a similar role
- Experience working for a global company with its headquarter office based in the US
- Strong business and HR acumen
- Strong functional skills in HR areas of expertise, ability to resolve conflicts and build teams
- Strong understanding of employment laws, regulations and compliance
- Strategic mindset with strong delivery and execution focus.
- Superior communication skills with the ability to present and develop trust at all levels of the organization.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Prerequisites
- Shift Timing- 2:00 PM -11:00 PM IST / 5 days a week
- Prior work experience in MNC & matrix organization.
