The Product Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing the product positioning strategy for Honeywell Process Automation autonomous and AI products. This includes market research, product positioning, and the development of marketing materials to support sales enablement and drive product awareness and engagement. The Product Marketing Specialist will work closely with the Product Managers to understand the technical specifications of the products in order to translate those into concise, impactful product positioning strategies and statements to provide to the Customer Marketing team for implementation in demand generation activities

- Communicating product value – positioning and messaging
- Develop unique selling propositions (USPs) for products based on market insights.
- Translate technical capabilities into customer value
- Externally focused messaging and strategy – Go-to-market strategy
- Enable sales and CS teams with collateral, battlecards, training resources and other sales enablement material
- Product naming – in partnership with PM/OM
- Internal and external evangelism
- Focused on user and market – represents voice of the customer
- Primary accountability – market adoption and sales readiness
- Ensure alignment of product messaging with brand strategies.
- Develop and maintain marketing materials including brochures, presentations, and digital content.
- Work closely with product management teams during the product development lifecycle.
- Collaborate with sales and customer support to gather feedback and improve customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Excellent American English written communication skills.
- 2-5 years of experience in product marketing or a similar role.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Preferred Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience in industrial process automation
- Proven track record of successful product launches.
