Required Skills:
- 8 plus years of extensive experience in IT Staffing sales, particularly in recruiting contingent labour into Financial and Professional Services Companies.
- Proven track record of selling to BFSI clients and scoping strategic contingent work programs, including ramp-up plans and Statement of Work engagements.
- Strong ability to build relationships with senior hiring managers and decision-makers within large enterprises.
- Experience throughout both the sales and delivery process is essential.
- Ability to identify strategic opportunities and position resourcing effectively.
- Go-getter with proven sales acumen and ability to seed and grow new business
- An ability to be personable, perceptive and aware through having a high degree of emotional intelligence
- Track record for creating (or helping to develop) and delivering winning proposals and offerings; excellent verbal and written communication skills
