- Manager oversees all aspects of warehouse operations, ensuring the efficient and safe receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods. Oversee daily operations while controlling and managing inventory and logistics.
- Responsible for Efficient inventory management through regular cycle and physical stock audit and maintaining zero variance.
- Ensure that the warehouse operates at peak efficiency — with customer satisfaction the primary goal — by supervising, organizing, and training warehouse employees and establishing, monitoring, and managing operational goals
- Develop warehouse operations systems by determining product handling and storage requirements, equipment utilization, inventory and shipping methods
- Train and manage the warehouse team to solve day-to-day operational issues and reach short- and long-term performance goals
- Review and prepare workflows, staffing requirements, space allocations, equipment layouts, and action plans that meet company standards for productivity, quality, and customer service
- Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by establishing and enforcing standards and procedures and by complying with legal regulations.
- Responsible for warehouse Operation cost vs Budget Cost, make warehouse budget for Capex and Operation expenses.
- Min 10 years of warehouse management experience, ideally with an e-commerce or Technology company with some data analytics experience.
- Education: Graduate in any discipline with Management Graduates in Logistics or Supply Chain Management will be preferred.
- Prior experience of setting up warehouses is desirable.
- Certification: Six Sigma Green Belt , 5S *ASCM CLTD & KnoWerX PGP CWMP (Certified Warehouse Management Professional)* will also be beneficial. Not mandatory requirement of company but having these certifications will provide knowledge giving an edge over others
