Overview

As an Account Technology Strategist, you will lead the technology strategy for select Financial Services customers in India. Partnering with top-level business and technology executives, you will align business priorities with Microsoft’s AI, Copilot, Security, Cloud, and Data solutions to drive innovation, growth, and digital transformation. As a core member of the Account Team Unit, you will work across Microsoft, partners, and customer stakeholders to shape strategy, influence opportunities, and deliver business outcomes. This role combines technology leadership, executive engagement, and industry expertise to help customers realize their strategic ambitions.

Responsibilities
  • Partner with top-level executives and C-level stakeholders to define and execute technology strategies that drive business outcomes.
  • Align customer priorities with Microsoft’s AI, Security, Cloud, Data, and Copilot solutions.
  • Identify opportunities to accelerate innovation, transformation, efficiency, and growth.
  • Lead strategic account planning, forecasting, and execution across cross-functional teams.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, providing industry and technology thought leadership to customer and Microsoft stakeholders.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field AND 12+ years of technical consulting, consultative selling, business consulting, or related technology experience
    • OR equivalent experience?
  • Understanding of the banking industry, including business models, market dynamics, and transformation challenges.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proven track record driving digital transformation and measurable business outcomes.
  • Experience within the banking or broader financial services industry.
