As a member of the on-site services team, you provide technical support and operational excellence related to IT services.
How you will contribute
You will work with technology teams at global, regional and in-country levels to ensure that enterprise initiatives and supplier agreements are delivered to local markets cost effectively and with a high degree of customer satisfaction. To excel in this role, you will effectively oversee the vendors performing these services for Mondelēz and work closely with the wider IT team to ensure seamless alignment and provide overall leadership for IT field services in your area who support IT infrastructure setups, namely networks, hosting, end-user computing, printing, fixed and mobile voice services. You will also work with vendors to ensure resource needs being met across the country or business unit.

The Print SME / L2 Support role is responsible for supporting office printers and pull print software across the organization. You will work with internal teams and our external print services partner to troubleshoot issues, lead improvement projects, and help maintain a stable and efficient print environment. This role is well-suited for someone who enjoys hands-on problem-solving and working collaboratively across different teams.

What you need to know about this position:
The Print SME / L2 Support role is responsible for supporting office printers and pull print software across the organization. You will work with internal teams and our external print services partner to troubleshoot issues, lead improvement projects, and help maintain a stable and efficient print environment. This role is well-suited for someone who enjoys hands-on problem-solving and working collaboratively across different teams.
What extra ingredients you will bring:
- 5+ years of experience supporting print infrastructure in a mid-to-large enterprise environment
- Experience working with Pull Print technologies and multifunction printers (MFPs)
- Familiarity with troubleshooting, configuration, and lifecycle management of print devices
- Comfortable using reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI) to track metrics and identify trends
- Ability to lead or contribute to projects while managing multiple priorities
- Strong interpersonal skills for working with service desk, network, hosting, and external partners
- Experience working in cross-functional or distributed team setups
- Structured approach to problem-solving and root cause analysis
Job specific requirements:
- Experience with pull print software (e.g., Control Suite or equivalent) in an enterprise setting
- Basic data analysis skills to identify patterns and support operational decisions
- Familiarity with ITIL principles and IT service management practices
- Experience coordinating with third-party service providers or managed service partners
- Knowledge of print security basics and sustainability considerations (e.g., reducing paper usage)
- Experience in multi-site or global organizations is a plus
