Lead the Bournvita brand and cocoa beverages category across India, owning P&L, portfolio strategy, brand equity, market development, innovation, annual planning, media investment, and integrated marketing campaigns. Use consumer insights, analytics, and market prioritization to drive revenue, profit, and market share growth. Collaborate with cross-functional and regional teams, influence senior stakeholders, and lead the development of brand managers.

Lead enterprise automation platform using TOSCA and INT4. Design frameworks, manage automation engineers, integrate with CI/CD and DevOps tools, maintain environments/licenses, ensure security remediation, scale UI/API automation, govern standards, and mentor teams.
