We are looking for a dedicated and passionate individual to join our Global Regulatory Affairs (GRA) team as Specialist - Ingredient Compliance. Come join the global Flavors leader where science and creativity meet to create essential solutions for a better world!

Your Focus

As Specialist, you will be responsible for providing support to our regulatory, quality and production colleagues to solve regulatory tasks and review regulatory documents.

The role is India based and will report to Director, Ingredient Compliance.

How You Will Contribute

  • Perform regulatory compliance reviews of raw materials used in Flavor industry.

  • Obtain and review regulatory documents and research information.

  • Ability to determine approval status of new raw materials based on review of vendor documentation and current company practices.

  • Assist R&D, Creative staff, Quality Assurance, Production and other internal departments with solving regulatory issues/tasks.

What you will need to be successful

  • Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or any other relevant discipline.

  • Minimum 1 year of work experience in Regulatory Compliance or related field.

  • Good Knowledge in legal and safety aspects of flavors.

  • Experience in India Flavors and Food regulations is a must.

  • Ability to work with defined timelines, priorities and meet demanding deadlines.

  • Perform responsibilities with a positive attitude and an ability to work autonomously.

  • Well versed with Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).

  • Strong interpersonal, communication and networking skills.

  • Multi-tasker who can manage different priorities while maintaining a high level of service.
