Job Designation: Product Manager / Sr Product Manager

Location: Mumbai

Work Experience: Min 2 years of experience in handling two SAARC Countries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Follow the process & tools for Distributor Life Cycle management -as set by Global.
  • Familiarize with new Distributor Program & follow the guidelines as per toolkit material.
  • Custodian for Legal Repository of all Distributor Market Agreements / Amendments.
  • Identify & Support assessment for new market entries & products.
  • Prepare & Support for New Distributor Selection.
  • Preparing the RFP Invitation Letter, following the RFP response guidance & Distributor Selection Score Card.
  • Assist with the global templates such as Business Case & conducting Due Diligence for new Distributors.
  • Negotiation on the contractual terms / obligations for Distributor Markets.
  • Prepare & maintain the KPI dashboards for global / regional review meeting from compliance perspective & supports on Marketing Dashboard.
  • Facilitating new product launches.
  • Designing Brand Communications for HCPs and Customers.
  • Designing Campaigns for Ax / Workshops/ CMEs / Training.
  • Must Have handled at least two SARC Countries for two years.
  • SKU wise Sales Monitoring, maintain Distribution Frequency.
  • Proper Understanding of Throughput sales.
  • Structuring Centre of Excellence for Ax.
  • Working for Ad Board / DGMs for Rx portfolios.
  • Maintaining Brand P&L, achieving brand numbers.
  • Taking Viva approval for Artwork / Activities.
  • Working regularly on Brand Reminders.
  • Coordination with the country teams.
  • Effectively making Brand Spends.
