Develop and execute commercial strategies, ensure product availability and compliance, forecast demand, and collaborate with marketing, supply, and medical teams to support customers and grow business.

Manage distributor lifecycle and selection for South Asia, support new market entries and product launches, maintain legal agreements and KPI dashboards, negotiate distributor contracts, design HCP and customer brand communications and campaigns, monitor SKU-level sales and distribution, manage Brand P&L, coordinate with country teams and drive brand spend effectiveness.

Territory Business Executive responsible for growing Galderma's dermatology business within a defined territory. Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals and customers, promote injectable aesthetics and skincare brands, meet sales targets, execute commercial strategies, and represent the company to drive market share and brand adoption.

Support execution, control, and reconciliation of treasury operations. Process and settle FX, intercompany loans, deposits, and derivatives; perform daily reconciliations, static data management, cash forecasting, bank fees management, KYC coordination, and support controls, audits, and intra-group funding activities.
