You'll work with: the VP Sales APAC, regional Account Executives and Solutions Engineers, and the Solutions Strategist covering Europe and MEA
Role overview: You will be Wingify's first dedicated Solutions Strategist in APAC, building the strategic PreSales practice for the region from the ground up alongside existing regional Sales and Solutions Engineering teams.

Your MissionAs a Solutions Strategist, you own the strategic and business narrative on Wingify's most complex Enterprise and strategic deals. You partner with the Account Executive and the Solutions Engineer as one team. Your work is structured around four levers:
• Differentiate: build one coherent strategic narrative across the entire pre-sales journey, frame competitive differentiation at every step, and strategize ahead of an upcoming opportunity on strategic and key deals.
• De-Risk: address the perceived risks that stall Enterprise evaluations (switching cost, resourcing, governance readiness, and CRO/CXO maturity) through direct CXO-level conversations
• Visualize: make Wingify's impact tangible for each specific deal (tailored market and vertical insight, tool/suite fit, use cases built from real analysis of the prospect's business, and competitive positioning.)
• Prove: turn a ROI model into a business case narrative the Champion can defend in front of Finance, translating gains, savings and break-even into language a CFO expects.
Beyond the four levers, you will:
- Contribute to the strategic response and differentiation on complex, competitive RFPs.
- Steer multi-stakeholder POCs and complex evaluations, facilitating decisions across technical and business stakeholders.
- Act as an evangelist for Wingify at conferences, webinars and workshops.

- Business & Technical Diagnosis: Spot optimization opportunities at a glance and reframe a functional brief into the 2-3 underlying problems Wingify can solve.
- Product & Solution Mastery: Understand how our solutions work well enough to quickly assess use case feasibility, propose new ones, and recommend the most relevant products for a prospect's context.
- Consultative Posture: Hold consultative conversations on the execution of a CRO/CXO strategy, including on challenges peripheral to the tools themselves such as governance, resourcing or process.
- Narrative & Competitive Positioning: Build a narrative that puts our tools' value into sharp relief and position effectively in an intensely competitive context.
- Active listening and organizational acumen : reads stakeholder dynamics and unspoken politics, not just stated requirements.
- Analytical thinking and structured problem-solving : synthesizes and prioritizes quickly under ambiguity.
- Intellectual curiosity and learning agility : genuine appetite to dig into how things work without waiting for all the answers.
- Consultative presence and executive credibility : comfortable challenging a prospect's thinking without arrogance.
- Communication and storytelling : clear and compelling at executive level, composed under competitive pressure.
