Lead backend and data-platform architecture while remaining hands-on with Java production code. Design and operate distributed systems for event ingestion, analytical querying, data processing, and low-latency serving. Work with ClickHouse, BigQuery, Bigtable, Kafka, Redis, GCP, and Dataflow to solve scalability, reliability, performance, and data-correctness challenges. Set technical direction, review designs, mentor engineers, and guide platform convergence across Wingify and AB Tasty.

Own a portfolio of strategic partners, driving adoption, enablement, retention, value realization, and relationship health. Develop success plans, coordinate onboarding and training, monitor product usage and risks, lead partner reviews, and collaborate cross-functionally to resolve issues and improve partner autonomy and customer outcomes.

Generate qualified sales opportunities in the ANZ region through outbound prospecting, inbound lead qualification, account research, and personalized communication. Build territory plans with Account Executives, engage decision-makers across email, phone, and LinkedIn, communicate the company’s value proposition, and track activity and pipeline performance in Salesforce and other go-to-market tools.

Own the strategic and business narrative for complex enterprise and strategic presales deals across APAC. Partner with account executives and solutions engineers to differentiate Wingify, address evaluation risks, tailor use cases, guide POCs and RFP responses, develop ROI-backed business cases, and facilitate executive-level decisions. Represent Wingify through conferences, webinars, and workshops while building the region’s strategic presales practice.

Provide technical support to French- and English-speaking B2B SaaS customers through email, chat, and phone. Troubleshoot web application issues, analyze logs, manage support tickets within SLAs, and track software defects in Jira. Collaborate with Development, QA, Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams to resolve issues, support onboarding, and communicate product feedback.

Build and customize frontend solutions using Vanilla JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, and CSS. Debug complex client-side issues, manipulate the DOM, handle events, analyze Fetch/XHR requests, use MutationObservers, and modify live websites safely. Ensure cross-browser compatibility, responsive behavior, performance, and resilience to dynamic updates while collaborating cross-functionally on client scenarios and experiments.
