Supports relationship managers with client acquisition, cross-selling, and customized solutions covering collections, payments, liquidity management, and digital banking. Coordinates onboarding and implementation with product, operations, and technology teams, ensures regulatory compliance, resolves servicing issues, monitors market trends, and provides product enhancement feedback.
Solutions Manager-Affluent
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Development & Revenue Generation
- Drive CMS business across affluent and emerging customer segments.
- Support Relationship Managers (RMs) in acquiring new clients and enhancing existing relationships.
- Achieve targets related to fee income, liabilities, and product penetration.
- Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities within the existing client base
Client Solutioning & Engagement
- Understand customer requirements and provide end-to-end CMS solutions.
- Design customized solutions across:
- Collections
- Payments
- Liquidity Management
- Digital Banking Services
- Participate in customer meetings and presentations with RMs.
- Ensure smooth onboarding and implementation of solution
Product & Process Management
- Coordinate with Product, Operations, and Technology teams for execution.
- Ensure compliance with risk, regulatory, and internal guidelines.
- Promote digital adoption and automation solutions.
- Resolve client servicing issues within defined turnaround times
takeholder Management
- Work closely with:
- Branch Banking Teams
- Affluent/Business Banking Relationship Managers
- CMS & Product Teams
- Operations & Implementation Teams
- Act as the single point of contact for CMS-related solutioning.
Market Intelligence & Strategy
- Track industry trends and competitor offerings.
- Provide feedback for product enhancements.
- Identify emerging opportunities within affluent and SME segments.
