Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced Pre-Sales Consultant with expertise in Vertiv, APC (Schneider Electric), and Samsung Enterprise Solutions. The candidate will be responsible for designing, positioning, and presenting end-to-end infrastructure solutions including Data Centre Power, Cooling, UPS, Racks, Monitoring Systems, Digital Signage, LED Displays, and Enterprise Collaboration Solutions.
The role requires strong technical knowledge, customer engagement skills, solution architecture capabilities, and experience supporting enterprise, government, education, healthcare, and commercial projects.
Key Responsibilities
Solution Design & Architecture
- Design and propose end-to-end solutions based on customer requirements.
- Prepare technical solution architectures covering:

Pre-Sales Engagement
- Work closely with sales teams to qualify opportunities.
- Participate in customer meetings, technical discussions, workshops, and presentations.
- Understand customer business requirements and map them to suitable technology solutions.
- Deliver technical demonstrations and proof-of-concept engagements.
Proposal & Bid Management
- Prepare:
- Technical proposals

- Coordinate with OEMs and distributors for pricing and solution validation.
OEM & Partner Coordination
- Engage with OEM technical teams for:

Commercial Support
