About this opportunity:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Developer to join the Service Delivery team. You will design and build scalable systems that power customer-facing features and internal tools. You'll partner with product managers, designers, and cross-functional teams to translate product goals into robust technical solutions, own components from specification through deployment.
What you will do:- Architect, design, implement, test, and ship high-quality software across the full stack (backend, APIs, and where applicable, frontend).- Lead system design efforts for new features and platform improvements; produce clear design documents.- Build and maintain microservices, REST APIs, and data storage solutions with an emphasis on performance, reliability, and security.- Drive code quality through code reviews, automated testing, and CI/CD best practices.- Mentor and coach junior and mid-level engineers; contribute to hiring and onboarding processes.
The skills you bring:- 5+ years of professional software development experience- Strong proficiency in languages like Java, Python, Go- Strong proficiency and practical experience with containerization(Docker), cloud-native development (Kubernetes) and cloud platforms (e.g. AWS).- Proven experience with system design and cloud-native architectures- Experience with Jenkins, CI/CD pipelines, and automation.- Excellent problem-solving, communication, mentoring and collaboration skills- Experience with observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana etc.), understanding of security best practices.
