- PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
Accountabilities Major Activities Develop and maintain integrated project schedules for successful execution of Wind Farm projects in line with organizational objectives and project timelines. • Develop baseline schedules using Primavera P6/MS Project.
• Prepare Level 1, Level 2, and detailed construction schedules.
• Establish project milestones and critical path activities.
• Prepare monthly and weekly look-ahead plans.
• Monitor progress against approved baseline schedule.
• Develop catch-up and recovery schedules for delayed activities. Monitor overall project progress and provide accurate reporting to management for effective decision making.
• Prepare Daily, Weekly and Monthly Progress Reports.
• Generate S-Curves and KPI dashboards.
• Monitor project productivity and resource utilization.
• Track milestone achievement.
• Identify slippages and recommend corrective actions.
• Present progress reports during management reviews.
Maintain MDL , Quality documents
• Coordinate with SCM/ Vendors team for procurement schedules.
• Track delivery of civil, mechanical and electrical materials.
• Monitor inventory availability at site.
• Maintain material tracking registers.
• Highlight critical shortages impacting project schedules.
• Coordinate dispatch schedules with vendors and suppliers.
• Coordinate with Civil Contractors for foundations, roads and crane pads.
• Coordinate with Mechanical Contractors for WTG erection.
• Coordinate with Electrical Contractors for Pooling stations and 220kV Line , 33 kV line works and USS construction activities
• Track contractor productivity and deployment.
• Conduct weekly review meetings with contractors.
• Monitor/ Follow Up closure of action points.
• Verify executed quantities against approved drawings.
• Track contractor RA Bills.
• Support progress certification activities.
• Monitor billing milestones.
• Coordinate with PMC team for payment processing.
• Maintain billing trackers and records.
• Coordinate with Engineering Team for drawing availability.
• Coordinate with BD Team for project support requirements.
• Coordinate with Project Monitoring Team for reporting requirements.
• Coordinate with QA/QC and HSSE teams for work-front readiness.
• Support management reviews and stakeholder meetings.
