Lead commercial evaluation and bidding for BESS and hybrid renewable projects: techno‑commercial due diligence, energy modelling, sizing and LCOE analysis, tender support, OEM/EPC evaluation, regulatory/permit support, and coordination through project execution.

Leads commercial qualification and development of wind and wind-solar hybrid opportunities, including auction assessment, techno-commercial due diligence, investment approvals, tender documentation, vendor coordination, permits, negotiations, budgeting, and project reporting. Collaborates with technical, commercial, regulatory, and cross-functional teams, manages consultants and vendors, supports project management, monitors offshore wind developments, and maintains audit-ready documentation.

Develops and maintains integrated schedules for wind farm projects using Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project. Tracks progress, milestones, productivity, resources, materials, contractor execution, billing, and project risks. Prepares progress reports, S-curves, KPI dashboards, look-ahead plans, recovery schedules, and billing documentation. Coordinates with contractors, vendors, engineering, SCM, QA/QC, HSSE, PMC, and internal stakeholders to support timely project execution.

Leads electrical installation, testing, commissioning, inspection, and handover for wind energy balance-of-plant systems, including transmission lines, substations, switchgear, transformers, control systems, SCADA, and 33 kV lines. Manages contractors, billing, quality documentation, safety compliance, material inspections, nonconformance resolution, project progress, and coordination with EPC partners, OEMs, government bodies, and operations teams.

Supervise mechanical installation, erection, pre-commissioning, and commissioning of wind turbine generators. Coordinate contractors, OEMs, logistics, inspections, quality documentation, testing, punch-point closure, HOTO processes, and material movement. Monitor project schedule, budget, safety, and regulatory compliance while maintaining technical records. Conduct site inspections, identify defects, issue NCRs, and ensure corrective actions. Support HSSE initiatives, PPE and PTW compliance, toolbox meetings, and contractor safety improvements.

Manage on-site wind turbine installation, erection, pre-commissioning, commissioning, inspections, testing, quality documentation, logistics, contractor coordination, and HOTO activities. Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulations, SOPs, FQPs, and project schedules. Monitor WTG materials, cranes, tools, punch-list closure, and quality nonconformances while coordinating with EPC partners, OEMs, engineering teams, and HSSE stakeholders.

Leads mechanical installation, inspection, testing, pre-commissioning, and commissioning of wind turbine generators. Monitors contractors, materials, logistics, quality, safety, project progress, documentation, punch-list closure, and HOTO activities. Coordinates with EPC partners, OEMs, commissioning teams, and project stakeholders while ensuring regulatory, SOP, FQP, HSSE, and quality compliance.

Supervise wind turbine generator installation, erection, pre-commissioning, commissioning, inspections, testing, and handover activities. Coordinate contractors, OEMs, EPC partners, logistics, material receipt, quality NCRs, punch-point closure, documentation, and project progress. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, PPE, PTW systems, applicable standards, and HSSE requirements while supporting construction and project management teams.

Prepare and update detailed electrical drawings for EHV AIS/GIS substations up to 400 kV/765 kV, including layouts, SLDs, protection and control schematics, cable routing, earthing, and lightning protection drawings. Interpret engineering inputs, equipment layouts, specifications, and markups; incorporate revisions and field changes; produce as-built documentation; prepare preliminary designs and BoMs for bids; and coordinate with engineering, construction, consultants, EPCs, vendors, and site teams.

Develops and implements state- and site-specific AMI HSSE management systems, procedures, audits and training. Monitors HSSE performance, leads incident investigations, drives IMS (ISO 45001/14001) certification, conducts site inspections, toolbox talks, and stakeholder coordination to ensure safe execution of AMI operations.

Lead IT/OT implementation and O&M for AMI projects, coordinate with system integrators and DISCOMs, ensure IT infrastructure readiness, oversee WFM/consumer/web app development, monitor SLAs, and provide technical support for successful Go-Live and state-level deployment.
