Leads commercial qualification and development of wind and wind-solar hybrid opportunities, including auction assessment, techno-commercial due diligence, investment approvals, tender documentation, vendor coordination, permits, negotiations, budgeting, and project reporting. Collaborates with technical, commercial, regulatory, and cross-functional teams, manages consultants and vendors, supports project management, monitors offshore wind developments, and maintains audit-ready documentation.

Lead contracts and commercial functions for renewable projects, manage contract implementation (EPC/O&M/PPAs), mitigate commercial risks, drive deviation management, support BD and project finance, maintain project documentation, engage stakeholders, and build and mentor a contracts team to ensure timely project delivery and optimal cashflows.

Lead commercial evaluation and bidding for BESS and hybrid renewable projects: techno‑commercial due diligence, energy modelling, sizing and LCOE analysis, tender support, OEM/EPC evaluation, regulatory/permit support, and coordination through project execution.

Lead design, engineering and technical due diligence for greenfield and M&A solar projects. Conduct feasibility studies, PV system modeling and optimization, AC/DC design, cable sizing, earthing and SLDs. Oversee QA/QC, factory inspections, commissioning, O&M support, BESS integration, prepare technical documentation, manage multiple projects, and develop engineering teams.

The Manager - Information Technology oversees ERP technical support, development and integration, compliance, training, and project management for Oracle E-Business Suite, while ensuring robust performance and teamwork across business functions.

Leads end-to-end AMI deployment and operations, managing technical teams, implementation partners, meter manufacturers, SOP compliance, business process improvement, issue resolution, customer escalations, operational go-live, budgets, reporting, capacity planning, hiring, and staff training. Ensures AMI projects meet contract requirements, timelines, quality standards, utility expectations, and organizational code of conduct.

Implement and manage state/site HSSE systems for AMI assets: develop HSSE strategy, risk assessments, audits, inspections, incident investigations, training, PTW/LOTO, reporting, and certification (ISO 45001/14001). Drive contractor compliance, statutory adherence, and HSSE culture through leadership walks, toolbox talks, and stakeholder coordination.

Lead IT/OT implementation and O&M for AMI projects, coordinate with system integrators and DISCOMs, ensure IT infrastructure readiness, oversee WFM/consumer/web app development, monitor SLAs, and provide technical support for successful Go-Live and state-level deployment.

Develops and implements state- and site-specific AMI HSSE management systems, procedures, audits and training. Monitors HSSE performance, leads incident investigations, drives IMS (ISO 45001/14001) certification, conducts site inspections, toolbox talks, and stakeholder coordination to ensure safe execution of AMI operations.

Prepare and update detailed electrical drawings for EHV AIS/GIS substations up to 400 kV/765 kV, including layouts, SLDs, protection and control schematics, cable routing, earthing, and lightning protection drawings. Interpret engineering inputs, equipment layouts, specifications, and markups; incorporate revisions and field changes; produce as-built documentation; prepare preliminary designs and BoMs for bids; and coordinate with engineering, construction, consultants, EPCs, vendors, and site teams.
