The Manager - Information Technology oversees ERP technical support, development and integration, compliance, training, and project management for Oracle E-Business Suite, while ensuring robust performance and teamwork across business functions.

Conduct feasibility studies, PV system modeling and optimization, AC/DC design, cable sizing, earthing and SLDs. Oversee QA/QC, factory inspections, commissioning, O&M support, BESS integration, prepare technical documentation, manage multiple projects, and develop engineering teams.

Coordinate pre-construction and construction activities for large-scale wind projects: create and track schedules, monitor progress, liaise with BD, Engineering, Commercial, OEMs and construction teams, organize reviews, manage risks, and ensure timely deliveries while meeting cost, quality and safety standards.

Responsible for managing AMI business, ensuring technical standards for meter rollout, quality assurance, project planning, and coordinating with stakeholders.

Lead IT/OT implementation and O&M for AMI projects, coordinate with system integrators and DISCOMs, ensure IT infrastructure readiness, oversee WFM/consumer/web app development, monitor SLAs, and provide technical support for successful Go-Live and state-level deployment.

The Manager of Operations for Renewables will oversee wind assets, ensure compliance, track performance, and manage stakeholder relationships while handling various operational and administrative tasks.

Manage HSSE strategies for renewable assets, ensuring compliance with regulations, safety training, and risk assessments to promote a safety culture and minimize incidents.

Develops and implements state- and site-specific AMI HSSE management systems, procedures, audits and training. Monitors HSSE performance, leads incident investigations, drives IMS (ISO 45001/14001) certification, conducts site inspections, toolbox talks, and stakeholder coordination to ensure safe execution of AMI operations.
