ROLE OVERVIEWWe are looking for an experienced ServiceNow SME to lead technical discussions, integrations, platform configuration, troubleshooting, and enterprise-scale ServiceNow initiatives.
• Act as the technical SME for ServiceNow issues and solutions.
• Design, develop & maintain ServiceNow integrations with enterprise platforms.
• Work on ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, Service Catalog, Integration Hub & Flow Designer.
• Troubleshoot APIs, authentication, performance, latency & data consistency issues.
• Develop and optimise Business Rules, Client Scripts, Workflows & integrations.
• Perform RCA for production incidents and recurring defects.
• Support releases, deployments, testing & post-production activities.
• Create technical documentation, runbooks and knowledge articles.
