The Service Contract Associate prepares data for system entry, performs accurate data entry, maintains data integrity, tests system updates, and contributes to team efforts to improve customer service quality.

QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in commerce/science background preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Freshers/1 years of experience in data analysis, data entry, or customer service preferred.
Experience with Oracle Service Contracts is a plus.
Strong critical thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to manage both new initiatives and routine tasks without compromising quality
Proven ability to respond effectively to customer needs
Demonstrated success working collaboratively within a diverse team.
- Demonstrates an understanding of customer needs and the team's role in fulfilling those needs.
- Prepares data for system entry by gathering, organizing, and prioritizing information, followed by executing updates across multiple platforms.
- Performs accurate and efficient data entry of both alphabetic and numeric information in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and established work instructions in Oracle tools.
- Validates and maintains data integrity by reviewing, correcting, removing, or reentering information. Merges records from different systems when account data is incomplete and terminates duplicate entries to ensure accuracy.
- Tests system updates and enhancements by entering new data and reviewing outputs in a controlled test environment.
- Works collaboratively with team members to manage and meet turnaround time expectations.
- Actively contributes to ongoing improvement efforts and helps drive quality in UL's customer service delivery.
- Adopts and utilizes new tools and processes, while sharing best practices and insights with colleagues.
- Takes ownership of responsibilities, considering the broader impact on the team, deadlines, budget, and available resources.
- Consistently delivers high-quality work within designated timelines.
- Performs additional duties as assigned.
