Senior UI/UX Designer
At Qube Cinema Technologies, we are looking for a Senior Designer to help us solve complex and exciting problems for our B2B and B2C products.
You will be responsible for shaping up user experience by collaborating with Product Management and Engineering teams to remove any roadblocks, facilitating improvement of our products, and identifying new opportunities based on consumer insights. You will be part of a team with a technical inclination and can envision both the product as a whole and little details.
We run a distributed remote-first team, so we seek people who can manage themselves and work independently.

What We Are Looking For
Experience:
- 6+ years of UX/UI design experience with a focus on complex, data-driven applications.
- 3+ years of experience leading design teams.
Skills:
- Strong portfolio showcasing interaction design, visual design, and prototyping skills.
- Proficiency in user research, usability testing, and translating findings into intuitive product experiences.
- Ability to balance user goals, business requirements, and technical constraints to deliver meaningful solutions.
- Expertise in storytelling and communication to generate empathy and align stakeholders.
- Mastery of modern design and prototyping tools.
Mindset:
- User-centric approach to design with data-driven decision-making abilities.
- Proven ability to solve complex design challenges across multidisciplinary teams and deliver within deadlines.
- Strategic thinker with flexibility to switch between big-picture vision and tactical execution.
