Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Technical Assessor/Interviewer specializing in Selenium to join our team. This role involves evaluating technical candidates for senior-level Selenium testing positions, ensuring they meet the highest standards of technical proficiency, problem-solving abilities, and cultural fit. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Selenium automation testing and best practices.
Responsibilities:
- Design and conduct comprehensive technical interviews and assessments for Selenium testing positions, focusing on evaluating candidates skills in Selenium WebDriver, Selenium Grid, and more.
- Develop and continuously update assessment criteria and interview questions to reflect the latest trends and best practices in Selenium testing.
- Collaborate closely with HR and QA teams to understand complex role requirements, desired skills, and team dynamics, tailoring assessments accordingly.
- Provide detailed, actionable feedback and recommendations to the hiring team, helping to inform hiring decisions.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in Selenium technologies and tools, ensuring assessments remain current and relevant.
- Facilitate technical workshops or discussions to evaluate candidates’ hands-on skills in a collaborative environment.
- Mentor and train junior technical assessors/interviewers, providing guidance on best practices and interview techniques.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the technical assessment process.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in automation testing roles, with extensive use of Selenium.
- Deep understanding of Selenium testing methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- Proficiency with Selenium WebDriver, Selenium Grid, and related tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide constructive feedback.
- Extensive experience designing advanced technical assessments and conducting technical interviews.
- Up-to-date knowledge of the latest Selenium testing trends and technologies.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Mandatory Technical Key Skills:
