- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding coordination
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce plans, role requirements, and hiring priorities
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, databases, and direct sourcing
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit
- Coordinate and schedule interviews; ensure timely feedback and candidate closure
- Drive offer negotiation, salary benchmarking, and pre‑joining engagement
- Maintain accurate data in ATS and recruitment trackers
- Ensure a strong candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Support employer branding initiatives, campus hiring, and recruitment drives as needed
- Ensure compliance with internal hiring processes and policies
- Meet defined TAT, quality, and hiring targets
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- 2–6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment
- Strong exposure to lateral hiring (IT/Non‑IT depending on role)
- Hands‑on experience with ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment
- Strong organizational and follow‑up skills
