- Experience : 7.5+ years
- Strong hands-on experience as an Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM Functional Consultant.
- Strong functional expertise in Oracle EBS and Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM modules, including Oracle Order Management, Oracle Purchasing, and Oracle Inventory.
- Experience with Oracle Fusion Procurement modules such as Self Service Procurement, Purchasing, Sourcing, Supplier Qualification Management, Contract Procurement, and Supplier Portal.
- Good understanding of Oracle Manufacturing and strong knowledge of Oracle Supply Chain Planning.
- Proven experience in at least two end-to-end Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM implementation projects.
- Strong knowledge of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Order-to-Cash (O2C) business processes.
- Experience in business process mapping, requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, and solution design.
- Hands-on experience in Oracle SCM configuration, business rules, workflows, approvals, and security roles.
- Knowledge of Oracle Inventory, Cost Management, Shipping, and Warehouse Management processes.
- Experience with SIT, UAT, cutover planning, deployment, go-live, and hyper-care support activities.
- Good understanding of Oracle SCM integrations with Oracle Finance, Planning, Procurement, and third-party applications.
- Working knowledge of OTBI, BI Publisher, FBDI, and REST/SOAP integrations.
- Experience in data migration, data validation, reconciliation, and conversion activities.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Oracle EBS and/or Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM certification is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for Oracle Supply Chain Management across Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes.
- Configure, implement, and support Oracle EBS and Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM modules, including Order Management, Purchasing, Inventory, and related Procurement capabilities.
- Conduct fit-gap analysis and recommend Oracle best practices to optimize supply chain business processes.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and project members throughout implementation and support engagements.
- Prepare functional design documents (FDDs), configuration documents, process flows, and other project documentation.
- Configure business rules, workflows, approvals, and security roles to meet business requirements.
- Coordinate with technical teams for integrations, reports, extensions, customizations, and interface development.
- Support data migration, conversion, validation, and reconciliation activities during implementation and upgrade projects.
- Lead and support System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), cutover planning, deployment, and go-live activities.
- Provide functional support, troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement effective resolutions.
- Deliver user training, create user guides, and facilitate knowledge transfer to business and support teams.
- Assess the impact of Oracle Fusion Cloud quarterly updates and recommend necessary configuration or process changes.
- Ensure successful delivery of scalable Oracle SCM solutions aligned with business objectives and industry best practices.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to continuously improve supply chain processes and system performance.
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
