ISS STOXX is seeking a Senior Scrum Master to facilitate transformation to Agile methodology using Scrum for our software development teams.
Overview:
The Scrum Master drives Agile and Lean frameworks that result in quality Product Delivery and empowered Scrum Teams. Our teams are at various stages of Agile and Scrum adoption, from novice to mature, offering opportunities to grow your skills in different levels of team adoption. You will join a fantastic team of Scrum Master’s who form a supportive and cohesive team.
Responsibilities:

Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies across scrum teams.

Positive servant-leadership within your teams, department, and the organization.

Foster an environment of trust that allows for open dialogue and effective solutions.

Review and analyze metrics with the teams.
-
Promote continuous improvement.
-
Guide teams to self-management and ownership of their process.
-
Champion Quality within your teams.
-
Collaborate with Product Owners and team on product roadmaps and the backlog.

Facilitate teams project and quarterly planning and commitment.
-
Communicate organizational impediments to leadership and clear impediments for the team.

Embrace the concept of continuous learning in your own journey and instill the same in your team(s).
Qualifications:
-
BS/BA degree or equivalent experience.

4+ years of experience as a Scrum Master with 8+ years of overall experience in software development.

First level Scrum Master certification (PSM I, CSM ).

Effective communicator and coaching skills with the ability to flex communication for difference audiences, including team members, stakeholders, and others in other offices/time zones.

Demonstrated strong skills and knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continuous improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency.

Data-driven and detail-oriented with experience in: Breaking work into Epics and User Stories, Backlog Refinement, Burndown Metrics, Velocity & Capacity, Relative Estimation, Task Definition, etc.

Experienced in Agile Project Planning.

Familiarity using JIRA/Atlassian tools on a software development project.

Possess an executive presence and ability to coach multiple teams across the organization.

Experience scaling Agile across inter-dependent teams is preferred.

Jira workflow & administration is preferred.

5+ years of Finance domain expertise preferred.
