Your work will include, but not be limited to:
- A full-cycle recruiting role responsible for recruitment and sourcing efforts for the India offices across accounting, tax, consulting, and various business advisory teams.
- Collaborate with Hiring Partner(s) and Manager(s) to: understand service area and recruiting needs.
- Create a comprehensive networking and sourcing plan, conduct behavioral based and technical interviews, facilitate the assessment and selection process with the identified interview teams, present offers and complete the recruiting cycle by ensuring a successful on-boarding experience.
- Research current recruiting trends; modify sourcing plans, processes, expectations as needed.
- Utilize applicant tracking system to fullest extent.
- Formulate, along with HRG, as necessary, the compensation/salary offer; present to candidate and facilitate any ensuing negotiations.
The Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources (or similar) required.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience as a Corporate Recruiter.
- Must have an understanding on how to utilize LinkedIn, Naukri, and other platforms to generate talent pipelines.
- Experience of using Workday will be an added advantage.
- MS Office experience required.
- Must be flexible with work hours if required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills required. Must be fluent in English, written and verbal.
- Experienced working with regional or global team set-ups/stakeholders required.
- Experience using data to drive recruitment strategies.
