Lead end-to-end quality management for Fixed Networks: create and execute quality plans, monitor metrics, run audits, drive corrective/preventive actions, optimize processes using SDLC, Lean and Agile, and establish governance and KPIs.
We are seeking a Senior Quality Manager to drive quality assurance and process excellence across our Fixed Networks Business Division. In this role, you will be responsible for end-to-end quality management, process optimization, and continuous improvement, ensuring our products and services meet the highest standards and customer expectations. As a key member of our team, you will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, provide quality leadership, and drive initiatives that align with our quality vision and mission.
Responsibilities- Lead Quality Assurance activities, ensuring projects meet quality, time, content, and cost targets.
- Develop and execute Project Quality Plans, defining objectives and acceptance criteria.
- Provide independent quality perspective for decision-making and milestone approvals.
- Monitor development progress using metrics and implement corrective actions.
- Conduct In-Process Quality Checks and internal audits to identify risks.
- Drive process transformation and optimization using SDLC, Lean, and Agile methodologies.
- Analyze customer defect trends and field data to identify systemic issues.
- Lead Corrective and Preventive Actions in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Establish quality governance frameworks, KPIs, and scorecards aligned with business strategy.
- Plan and execute internal/external audits, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, or a related field with 10+ year’s experience.
- 6+ years of experience in Quality Management, with a focus on process excellence.
- Strong knowledge of SW/HW development lifecycle practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach.
- Experience working in global, cross-functional teams, with strong collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing business needs.
- Certification as an ISO/TL9000 Internal Auditor is preferred.
- Proficiency in data analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau) and defect tracking systems.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A customer-centric mindset and a passion for driving quality and continuous improvement.
