Senior Project Manager

In this role, you will:

• Analyze and optimize business processes by leading projects to transition, standardize and automate operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.

• Provide project leadership by guiding medium to high complexity transformational/migration initiatives in alignment with our GBS strategy.

• Offer project management and coaching support for regional projects, ensuring successful execution and delivery.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify, analyze, design, and implement efficient business processes and workflows.

• Identify and manage change management risks and opportunities throughout the project lifecycle.

• Monitor and support the Global Process Owner transformation roadmap, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.

• Leverage continuous improvement principles and tools to maximize productivity and foster innovation.

To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:

• Experience with 7+ years of relevant project management experience in GBS operations and PMP certification.

• Language skills with fluency in English and exceptional communication abilities.

• Flexibility to work in 9-hour shifts, including late night shifts.

• Capabilities of a highly motivated self-starter who takes ownership of projects and tasks.

• Hands-on experience in leading and supporting multi-country, multi-function projects.
