About the Role:

• Design Coordination & Planning
• Participate actively in the design development stage of MEP services for interior fit-out projects.
• Review drawings, specifications, and design documents for constructability, compliance, and coordination with architectural and interior layouts.
• Ensure statutory and legal compliance for all MEP designs and support timely approvals.
• Coordinate closely with consultants, architects, and contractors to ensure seamless integration of MEP services with civil and interior works.
• Project Execution & Supervision
• Lead and supervise installation, testing, and commissioning of MEP systems including Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, and Firefighting services.
• Ensure contractors submit shop drawings for review and approval in line with project requirements.
• Verify that approved designs and conditions are implemented accurately and sequentially on-site.
• Monitor project schedules and ensure MEP works are executed within time, cost, and quality parameters.
• Implement best practices in safety, quality control, and site coordination.
• Vendor & Procurement Management
• Provide inputs on vendor selection and evaluate local suppliers for MEP materials and equipment in alignment with client-approved procurement processes.
• Review and approve technical submittals and product samples for compliance with design intent.
• Testing, Commissioning & Handover
• Oversee testing and commissioning activities for all MEP systems and ensure performance standards are met.
• Manage handover documentation, including as-built drawings, operation manuals, warranties, and test certificates.
• Facilitate training sessions for client and facility management teams through contractors or consultants.

About You:

• Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Experience: Minimum 10+ years of experience in MEP management with a focus on interior fit-out or commercial building projects.
• Strong technical knowledge of electro-mechanical, civil, and architectural coordination.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple contractors.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• High attention to detail with strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
